Nautical Nursery Decor And Butterfly Nursery Decor

By Darren Hartley

Anchors away! That would be what parents would be shouting as they enter the nursery of their new baby interspersed with nautical nursery decor. Crisp and bright, a nautical theme for a baby room is a choice full of sophistication, providing a gateway for eschewing ruffles and fluffy farm animals to be a part of this dreamland with a nautical flair.

Prior to giving in to the zeal of nursery decorating, parents should first come up with a specific theme for their nautical nursery. Only after accomplishing this could parents start ransacking their favourite mall for the sophisticated nautical nursery decor on their list. Their cart would then be filled with ships in bottles, staple life preservers, bright sailcloth curtains and anchor-printed pillows.

Nautical nursery decor ideas include the hanging of sailboat posters up on the wall. But before doing so, have the walls painted first. A crisp royal blue would be a perfect color although painting the walls with shades of blue and white accentuated with red, would probably provide a sleeker effect. By adapting the color of the chosen sailboat baby bedding, parents could actually come out with a more unique color palette.

Fun is what parents have in decorating a baby room with butterfly nursery decor. With the extensive variety of furniture and decorations matching this incredible theme, only exhaustion can stop parents from navigating through them. Coming in various colors and designs, each item is decorated with butterflies in one way or the other.

Using butterfly nursery decor is a beautiful way to brighten the baby room. Butterflies are delicate creatures, each one unique in its intricate designs and colors. Creative ways can be taken to bring out the beauty and elegance of butterflies and bring it into a nursery.

Too much of everything is never good. So parents should be wise enough not to overcrowd the baby room with butterfly nursery decor. Theoretically, having everything butterfly-themed would give the room a unifying factor. However, it is best to break the monotony with some neutral items that simply match the colors of the butterflies.
